Lenze 9300 Family was designed to independently control all the sub-processes within a machine. The units can deliver a very good performance, allowing easy handling and a high degree of flexibility, being the preferred choice for many clients who require a solution easy to be adapted to particular operating conditions. On the basis of preconfigured technology functions available, the different modules of the Lenze 9300 Family can be easy connected to achieve the right performance for the drive application in hand.

 

To fully fulfill these requirements in terms of the servo technology, the family contains the following four versions of devices:

  • 9300 servo inverter;
  • 9300 servo position controller;
  • 9300 servo cam;
  • 9300 servo register controller.

 

All of the above variants are build using standardized hardware and software interfaces, so complex designs are easy to implement.

 

 

Lenze 9300 servo inverter

 

All the basic functions required in a servo drive are implemented in the Lenze 9300 servo inverter series. These units can be used for a wide range of synchronous and asynchronous servo motors and as well for standard asynchronous motors. Some of the basics functions offered by the units are:

  • Motor control;
  • Drive monitoring and diagnostics;
  • Speed control;
  • Torque control;
  • Phase angle control.

 

The Lenze 9300 servo inverter series contains several units, which cover a wide power range from 0.37 to 90 kW.

 

Lenze EVS9325-ES is one of the mid-range products from the 9300 servo inverter family. Its main characteristics are:

  • Motor power: 5.5KW;
  • Mains voltage range: 3 phase 320-528 V AC, 45-65 Hz;
  • Alternative DC supply: 460-740 V DC;
  • Nominal mains current: 13 A;
  • Maximum output current: 19.5 A;
  • Nominal brake power:  25 kW;
  • Power loss: 260 W.

 

Our laboratory offer free diagnosis for all types of electronic boards. We consider that unless we have identified the root cause of the malfunction we cannot estimate the appropriate repair cost. Usually, repairing costs do not exceed 30% of the price for a new motherboard or equipment.

 

Repair

Our service department ensures complex repairing processes for electronic components. The tasks are professionally administered and executed by well-trained engineers who can perform correct diagnosis and repairing from simple boards to multi-layer PCB (Printed Circuit Boards).

 

The repairing procedure includes:

  • in-depth cleaning of boards
  • rebuilding damaged circuits
  • building work schemes partly or fully, if necessary
  • circuit analysis in order to uncover flaws
  • replacing damaged components
  • preventive replacement for components that could cause further damage
  • software/firmware/bios backup
  • delivery towards testing area

 

Components inventory

The components are being replaced with spare parts belonging to our inventories, but there are cases when it is necessary to import several spare parts directly from the manufacturer/distributor. Our past experience has given us the possibility to build up good communication means with European, Asian and American manufacturers; therefore we also give you the benefit that, in accordance with our contract, we can cover any need of component required by the repair process.
